作者さんが、Junoへの対応を始めてくれた模様です。
For all of you who are impatient (or otherwise constrained) to use Juno, I have made an ALPHA version available.
If you visit http://www.mulgasoft.com/emacsplus/juno you will find additional information and a pointer to the juno update site.
It works well enough so that I am able to use Eclipse Juno as well (I am not just the author, I am also a customer).
Note that I have filed a few issues against e4 Eclipse, which hopefully will be resolved before I am ready to release this.

無茶を言うオマエラのために、ALPHAバージョンだが対応してやったぞ。 http://www.mulgasoft.com/emacsplus/juno を参照して、アップデートサイトを指定しろ。
俺の環境では、まぁそれなりに動いている。対応する過程でJunoのバグを幾つか見つけたんだが、Emacs+ for Junoを正式リリースする前までに対応してくれねーかな。
ちなみに、現在のバージョンでは”C-x 2シリーズ”、すなわちウィンドウ分割に関するキーバインドはまだ未対応とのこと。
